Honey roasted beetroot, goat’s cheese and pumpkin seed tart




Perthshire wild rabbit, chestnut mushroom and Isle of Arran Ale stew, black pudding mash, roasted leeks.




Chestnut mushroom and leek stroganoff, bubble and squeak potato cake.




Rhubarb, apple and cardamom crumble, vanilla crème fraiche
